Our team provides all the necessary equipment, as well as cold beverages (such as beers, sodas, and bottled water), sliced fruit, and snacks on board. The experience starts at Marina Fonatur or at selected hotels on the southern side of the island. The crew consists of the boat captain and the specialized guide who will accompany you throughout the tour.

Can I go parasailing if I've never done it before?

Absolutely! No experience is needed. The captain and crew will give you clear instructions, and the flight is fully controlled from the boat.

Are there any restrictions for parasailing?

Yes. Pregnant women or people with serious conditions affecting the spine, neck, limbs, or heart are not allowed. Also, no one under the influence of alcohol or substances.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety comes first. In case of bad weather, your experience will be rescheduled or an appropriate alternative will be offered.

Can I snorkel if I'm pregnant?

Only if you're less than 5 months pregnant, and only as an onboard observer. No swimming allowed.

What should I bring for the snorkel tour?

We provide all the gear. We recommend bringing a towel, biodegradable sunscreen, and lots of excitement.

Can I just come along as an observer without doing the activity?

Yes, in both tours you can join on board without participating in the main activity, depending on available space.

Can children do these activities?

Yes, but with restrictions. For parasailing, children under 13 must be accompanied. For snorkeling, kids under 4 can join on board but not swim.

Can I pay in cash or with a card?

Currently, we only accept cash payments at the meeting point. We are working to offer digital payment options soon.

Do you offer transportation from hotels?

No, but we can provide clear directions to get to the meeting point easily.
